When you order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Your payment card details go directly to Stripe and are never received or stored by TENSR.

If you join our email list we collect your email address. If you contact support we keep that correspondence.

We collect basic analytics about how the site is used, such as pages viewed and general location at a city level.

To process and deliver your order, to provide support, to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing email.

Some of our service providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an order you placed are not marketing and will still be sent.

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@gettensr.com. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

We use cookies to keep your cart between visits and to measure site usage. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though the cart will not persist if you do.
